Outstanding levels of care and attention across the lifespan of my pets. When one lost a battle and passed away the staff were utterly incredible and compassionate. A year later I took my adorable 'next adventure' to them and was so very touched to be remembered and shown consideration. The staff are highly skilled, friendly and refreshingly honest in regards to pricing and care options. I fully recommend trusting the care of your pet to the vets, nurses and staff here.

We had been taking our dog to Arundell vets for over a year due to lumps on her neck. She was getting more and more lumps. Arundells did nothing about it they kept saying it was too risky to operate. I'm the end we moved for a 2nd opinion to Rase vets who took a sample of the fluid and rang us to say they had found malignant cells three weeks later they operated and removed three tumours and a saliva gland which they believe is what started it. If they had not operated we could have lost her. She's only two years old. She's completely better now and her fur is growing back where it had started to fall out. If we had stayed with Arundells she wouldn't be here now.
