    The care from the staff is great. No complaints there. My only concern is the charges that I received today. I took both my dogs with green discharge from them both, which started with one and then the other. I was in the vets for 15 min and was charged for 2 consultations and also charged over twice the price of online eye drops. Ask for charges and look to buy med from good online suppliers.

    Have previously used Arundell in toll bar, who I found to be good. However how things have changed, couldn’t get in to toll bar so went to Kirk sandal, to experience 25 minutes delay on appointments and a curt “I have no idea” response when I asked how long it would be. The level of disinterest from the reception staff was jarring. I cancelled my appointment, not because there was a delay, these things happen, but because the response from the reception team did not fill me with any confidence that my dog would be adequately cared for. If you can’t get your customer facing right, what approach do you have when the customer isn’t there. There are better Vets than this.

    Had to get an emergency appointment, phoned 0830 got an appointment 1030. Waiting area very clean and spacious, receptionist very friendly and helpful, vet gave a thorough examination seemed knowledgeable and helpful nothing too much trouble, I have no fears of using again,if i cannot get into my local Arundel. I would recommend.

    I would never use this vets again , charged nearly 500 pound for a grass seed and sedation and still it wasn’t sorted . Went to another vets and sorted in half hour without sedation . Always used arundal at bennethorpe but this kirk sandall one is shocking . All about money in my opinion .
