Amazing, had a plaque that needed engraving for a presentation on Saturday, I only remembered on the Thursday, took it into shop and asked if I could have it back the following day and was told unfortunately it couldn't be done that quickly as he was really busy. I left it with him anyway and said to let me know when it was done. Later that evening the owner phoned me and said that he had managed to get it engraved and I could pick it up in the morning. Literally saved the day, thank you.
