Very friendly staff! Clean! Good price! The only things to citicize is the noice insulation and building qualtity of the whole house (quite old). Toilet shredder in the room above the entry spits out feces while shredding and lets them leak from the back of the toilet. (plumber service?)

Perfect hotel 5 minutes walk from the train station. Fantastic room with a beautiful view of the Abbey and church. A great breakfast and lovely staff. We will definitely stay here again.

Really lovely place to stay, and only a stones throw from the centre of Whitby (around 300 yards downhill. Parking onsite is a bonus). Greeted by the owners and given key to a lovely room, with a super comfortable bed, and good size bathroom. No noise heard all night, and slept through for 8+ hours! Everything in room that’s needed is there. Breakfast was great, with good quality, locally sourced ingredients. Tea/coffee good also. House dog really friendly. Would go again, should we be visiting the area. Great stay and super hosts. Needed microwave to warm food from earlier in day, late at night. Pressed buzzer, and someone warmed food within a few moments. Thanks again for a lovely stay.

What a fab B&B! We had a very warm welcome on arrival. Our room was spotless. Brekki was yummy and even better that a sausage wrapped and waiting on the table for our doggy was a lovely little touch. Could recommend here enough 👌🏽

Beautiful old building in whitby. The hosts were very friendly and nothing was too much for them. The beds were very comfortable fresh good quality sheets on the bed and good pillows. The room was lovely and warm all the time, carpet was very warm and in beautiful condition. TV available in all rooms. Bathroom was extremely clean with lovely soap and hand cream and fabulous shower over a very large bath. Breakfast was pre ordered the evening before and was delicious and extra food was served if wanted. I can't fault it and would definitely recommend and look forward to another stay. Rooms: Beautiful decor and extremely clean. Nearby activities: Whitby Town centre only a few minutes walk away. Safety: All information was available in the room regarding fire safety and maintenance was up to date. Walkability: Short walk to main town Food & drinks: Breakfast fantastic and tea and coffee available in the rooms
