Tbh when I arrived to my accommodation everything was dirty the kitchen still, and I have been calling for three days and no answer. also the stuff does whatever they want. u can't have any privacy they will go to ur room without asking, they act with superirority. Not good work talking about the stuff and cleaning the rest is nice

I really can’t understand the reason of this low feedback. 1. My Experience I used to live in an ARU accommodation last year and my experience has been really really good. When I moved for the first time, my room was clean and I could easily collect my keys thanks to the Residential Assistants who were waiting for me and the other students. My room had all the comforts I needed and the facilities helpdesk was incredibly functional. During my stay, I had some issues like the lightbulb not working properly and the tent broken. The technicians fixed everything in just one day. Moreover they regularly changed the shower head! 2. Residential Team Regarding the Residential Team, I found them nice and professional at the same time (especially Patrick and Matt). In addition, if I had problems during the night because of noise or something else, Residential Assistants were always available to help. 3. Covid-19 situation I also found AMAZING how they managed the Covid-19 situation. They gave the opportunity to all the tenants to end the contract earlier so to financially help families. Plus, they looked after the stuff in the rooms for FREE for about 6 months. I don’t think any other residential service would have done anything like that. 4. Conclusion I can truly say that both the residential team and the general management is fantastic. My experience at ARU has been great and that’s also thanks to them!
