I’m really pleased with the end result. Artech have also framed for me two pictures painted by a local artist and a mosaic. Each one has been returned to me beautifully framed. Highly recommended

    The most UNPROFESSIONAL people I’ve EVER dealt with in my LIFE. Took my items in mid-February, and promised they’d be done by the first week of April. They ignored emails chasing them up. Was told I’d see a design by the end of the week in mid-April. Was told I’d receive a call back when I chased in early May. Told I’d see a design by the end of week in mid-May, so I finally said that this was the last deadline. Called again today and was I verbally abused for giving them an ultimatum and told to collect my goods after wasting my time for 3 months! The worst company i’ve dealt with. Apparently my simple designs are too complicated for them to do quickly. This on top of the excuse of being too busy and then having sick staff. Eventually the truth came out during the final phone call/argument that they simply prioritise those who sell autographs and use them more regularly. Still need to collect my bits and am fully prepared to take legal action for them being either lost or damaged, as that’s how petty and unprofessional these people are.
