We USED to love it, but the girl with the fake tan and fake eyelashes behind the till is SO rude. This is 3rd time she's offended us all so enough is enough -- you need people-persons as Front of House, not that rude and condescending girl. We're going elsewhere now cos her attitude is that off-putting and we've had enough. I hope you'll sort it out - there used to be a nice friendly girl working there but your current employee is actively losing you loyal customers! One of the waiting staff was also rude, pushing past a member of our group who he'd assumed wasn't with us. Just really not on. Staff training is desperately needed!!

The tables could have been cleaner! The plates had bits old food stuck to the bottom. Sorry but won’t be returning.

I would have given 5 stars but unfortunately on the last three visits I have just had the fruit scones very light and baked well but I have noticed the amount of fruit in them has diminished quite rapidly the last scone had three pieces of fruit in it I have had various lunches and sandwiches here , all excellent , nicely presented great taste and plenty on your plate staff very courteous and polite a d all seem very diligent Thankyou for your excellent service and good food just a little more fruit in the scones would be appreciated Please

Never thought to visit the Arts Cafe but my friend recommended it so we thought we’d try…SO glad we did! Lovely staff, fresh food, clean facilities and yummy coffee. It will definitely become a regular spot for me when I visit Truro. We had the vegetarian quiche of the day, it came warmed with a hearty amount of coleslaw, salad and crisps on the side. It’s not the cheapest place but the food is made to order and super fresh so I didn’t mind paying the price.

Absolutely the best value for money meal I have possibly ever had.... Amazing combo of Brie salad with granary bread 🍞 all in £13.50...but the quantity of food on the plate was overly generous 😋
