Spamming my area with posters advertising unwanted heat pumps. High pressure sales tactics used. Nobody really wants heat pumps but people are being pressured and lied to, to get them to accept them. Fake reviews by "local guides" are being left for this company. Bad company and bad product.

Spent a lot of money on a Rais stove. The preinstall and installation experience was positive but the aftersales customers service following our stove becoming defective was extremely poor. After 6 months something that should have been simple to fix and rectify still isn’t sorted. Not happy. It also seems spare parts are difficult to source for Rais and given the price that’s a problem!

Great place for the future heating system. Would not be cheap but would add value to your home. Something to consider. I would love to see a house in the UK with the modern fireplace installed. Europe has excellent engineers so I am reluctant in making a decision as these things don't allways work well in the UK. It should be cheaper so that they can build up reputation.
