THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND WHEN YOU CANCELED BEFORE SIGNING THE CONTRACT , THEY NOT RETUNING YOUR MONEY , AND ALL THE TELEPHONE MESSAGES LEFT ARE NOT RETUNED , THEY NEVER ANSWERED YOUR CALL ,OR TELLING YOU TO CALL THE FINANCIAL DEPARTMENT THAT DO NOT EXIST . TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK ONLY AFTER 4 MONTHS WAITING FROM CALLING THE BANK AND CITIZEN ADVICE .THEY ARE SCAMMERS .

stay well away from this company, we give them deposit for workshop in Park royal and before we sign the contract we decided not to take the unit, we inform the finance team that we not taking the unit and we want our deposit back. it was in February 27th and we still waiting for our money.. be very careful because they only answer the phone when they need your money. After the payment they don't answer the phone or emails.

Nice space, a bit pricey and good account manager. But they lose 2 stars for having such a pushy finance team... It's as if they are desperate at times with the way they comminicate. Would I recommend Artistic Spaces.. based on that factor I would say "look around" if they weren't so pushy / desperate then yes I would recommend them.
