We arranged for Steve to come over to our garden to discuss work. He arrived, spent five mins with us and then we never heard from him again. He went completely radio silent after promising us a quote. All he had to do was let us know that he was no longer interested in the job. Basic manners go a long way! Steve and the guys from Artistic Gardens are excellent. We havee used them twice and both times the weather has been horrible, torrential rain, and both times they've worked really hard and got on with doing an excellent job. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Had some simple work done in December. Laid some slate with apparently a membrane with 30 yr guarantee against weeds coming through which sounds fantastic. Took them less than an hour though. After 4 months weeds evident and coming through membrane. Contacted ‘Steve’ who said he’d look into it, get suppliers of membrane involved if needed. Gave him a week to come back to me. Heard nothing so contacted him to be told he will put some weed killer down and show me Leaflet that comes with the membrane ! If you want to part with £150 for under an hours work and terrible customer service Artistic Gardens are the one to go for !!!
