We had a terrible experience with this company. I’m currently 8 months pregnant and had booked Frank and his team to replace three windows including a safety window in the baby’s nursery. He did two site visits and discussed details and agreed the work would be completed before the baby’s due date. He even messaged to say the windows were on the way. However, he then stopped answering emails and phone calls. As the baby’s arrival due closer my fiancé tried phoning him from a different number and finally picked up but denied all knowledge of the booking despite the fact he visited twice and we have a string of emails confirming the works! His customer handling has caused undue stress at a difficult time in our lives.
