What brilliant service from pre-booking to end of holiday. Helped us design the ideal Northern Lights activity holiday in Finland. From the moment we set off until we arrived back everything was planned and delivered perfectly. We had a small issue at the hotel and it was dealt with immediately to our total satisfaction following my email to the office in Newcastle. Would recommend Artisan to anyone and would certainly book with them again.

Artisan is an excellent company to deal with, made sure our adventure winter holiday of a lifetime to Gulo Gulo, Ranua, Finland was just right for us. It was truly unforgettable - the experiences (husky and snowmobile safaris among them), the staff there (lovely friendly and very professional), the accomodation (gorgeous warm cosy wooden semi detached houses with mod cons including a sauna) It was the most fabulous magical holiday ever and I am very happy that I found Artisan to book with. More than a holiday company, they are obviously passionate about their holidays and ensure that everything is just right for you. No hard sell, just knowledgeable advice, information and questions answered. Thank you Graham, I will be forever grateful. I felt like I had a friend helping me to realise a dream.

Smarty Pants
I spent a week dog sledding in Northern Finland booked through Artisan Travel. The whole process was really easy and the trip itself was the stuff of dreams. The guide was great, I was in a small group of 7 lovely people and the winter landscapes were breathtaking. We even saw the Northern Lights! An absolutely brilliant holiday except for the part when I had to say goodbye to my faithful dogs.
