A Superb place to learn, train, sweat and meet great focused people! Muay Thai is an amazing form of movement. It teaches you focus, perseverance and deeply works with strength, fitness and flexibility , making your body and mind feel incredible. Artillery Kai is the best place to achieve all these things. The thing I particularly love about this place is, is whether you are an absolute beginner , wannabe fighter , or the real deal .. the coaches treat each individual student equally. The coaches are truly dedicated, knowledgeable, and most of all extremely welcoming, friendly and encouraging. You not only learn an amazing skill at Artillery Kai, but you also become a part of a community full of genuine, strong people, with lots of laughter and full on positive vibes 💪🏽. They have a superb yoga class targeted specifically for Muay Thai , helping to set your body up feeling warm, relaxed and supple for the session. They also focus on BJJ classes , which I have not done but have seen them practice, and it looks awesome! Thank you so much Artillery Kai for all your encouragement, super fun training and helping me feel strong and flexible in body and mind. You guys are one of my Favourite spots in London! 🙏🏽
