Very Rude customer service by Will. They falsely advertise next day delivery if your order before 2 pm. This did not happen when enquired they Said oh the driver came early today and there is absolutely nothing we can do. Things happen I understand which is fine, but what was not ok that there was no even apology!!!! I confronted the advisor about his rudeness, no apology and non caring attitude and he then took the Mick out of me and apologised in a sarcastic manner. Very blunt and rude. We have commitments in our life and make plans to be around for the deliveries. When you are at fault you should apologise, when be sincere. Really disgusting.
