I wish I read the reviews prior spending £800 for glasses .. Such a bad experience. I bought ready glasses +1.75 1 month ago which I needed to be adjusted as they were tide on my head .. I saw the guy changing the lenses , and the glasses after that were not the same .. They told me I got better then what I paid for for my other glasses .. The doctor checked my vision and I wanted to take a photo of the results but the optician refused and he promised he will send email with the numbers witch I never received.. I spoke to the girl and she started to laugh about it. I got my glasses today I really don’t feel that they are the ones I needed as I feel dizzy wearing them. Do not waist your money there ! They have to be reported to the right people in order for them to stop take advantage of the clients. I wish nobody goes there again .. This is outrageous experience..

Absolutely amazing service, had an appointment early afternoon for an eye test, picked the frame and the glasses were ready for me by 5pm! Shop assistants were brilliant when picking the frame as I had no idea what I wanted. Couldn't be happier, thank you!!

Absolutely fantastic selection of glasses and such great service. They took time to give us attention and even gave me a glass of champagne! The eye test was very thorough and our glasses were made in 20 minutes while we waited! Thank you so much. We will be back next year for sure!
