Absolutely rubbish service, Dr sent my prescription over yesterday, I went to pick it up today, they said it wasn't there, I went back to the Dr's who said it was downloaded by Asda at 9.22am, went back to Asda & there it was. All they said was that they had 50 prescriptions to look at so it got misplaced, took no responsibility at all. Staff were rude & pharmacist didn't care.

Staff are always very friendly and helpful. Never had to wait more than a few minutes for my prescription. I have my prescription going straight to Asda Pharmacy from my doctor's surgery. Very pleased with the service from Asda Pharmacy, Pharmacist and staff.

Awful service rude staff and waited 30 mins for emergency medication. Took them a ridiculous amount of time to get it for me while I was really struggling and was in a rush !
