Extremely friendly people, no fuss just turn up and get taught the basics. Take it as far as you like, even to competitions. Take a few pounds on a Monday night 7-9pm, sensible shoes and no loose sleeves. Young children/adults just need to adhere/take instructions for safety reasons. Enjoy!!
