Amazing food experience with an excellent service. We walked in on a Sunday, and luckily, they were not fully booked, but it is recommended to book in advance as it seems they don't have many tables available due to space capacity. The place is cosy and pretty, the first thing we appreciate was the service, the waitress knew how to explain the dishes on the menu and she was kind and nice when approached. The food was really good, fresh ingredients and good combinations. I can recommend trying a little bit of everything. The prices are affordable but a little higher than the standard sushi prices in Bournemouth; anyway, it's worthy. The only thing we didn't like was that two of the dishes we ordered took longer than expected; it seems to us that the chef was distracted by another customer. Would highly recommend this place for a relax atmosphere with outstanding food. The choice of sushi is exceptional but the chef specials make the food flavour even more outstanding. Paid several visits and each time the food and service was 5 star and the restaurant was lively and busy even though it was midweek. A definite on place to visit.

Definitely my go to place in the Bournemouth area, I never get tired of repeating. Staff are nice, the atmosphere is very pleasant and sushi is just amazing! Specials by the chef are always a surprise but the sea bass with mint nigiri and the king prawn tempura california are essentials. The experience of seating in the bar is worth trying.

They gave us an incredibly detailed demonstration, explaining the key techniques and recipe items that go into each style of sushi, which all tasted fantastic! Had dinner at Art Sushi last night for my birthday and it was AMAZING! Friendly, knowledgeable and seamless service set in an elegant, cosy restaurant. My husband doesn't eat sushi usually but he loved everything. Beautiful and lovingly prepared fresh fish was just incredible. Bravo to chef Kamil Skalczynski for preparing one of the best meals I've had since I moved to the UK from The States 9 years ago. So grateful and already looking forward to next time. YES, CHEF!!!
