Overall these guys seem to have a decent setup and business. From everything I saw in their shop, they produce a good end-product. With my order, one of the colours wasn't quite right, it was neon as opposed to the more subtle option that had been agreed in the store when placing the order. They offered to do a reprint, but because of time-constraints I was unable to take them up on it. Communication overall could absolutely be improved. I would give them another go next time I need shirts printed, to see if the experience would be better.
