One of their 7.5 ton lorries (WV63 LNW) is persistently bring parked on a residential area junction and creating a serious blind spot and safety hazard for the many pedestrians and cyclists who go through here towards Asda and other facilities.

I was desperate for a small van so rented from the first place that had one available, I had this van for a week and reuturned with no problems, I contacted them again and said I will need a van at the following week, they said no problem, called them 6 days in advance they said they had nothing for me, this worked out to be quite beneficial, I contacted another van rental company, Arrow charged me £270 for a week, I've managed to save over £100 going to another company, I feel ripped off how can they be that much more expensive, I will not be hiring from Arrow again.

Excellent service, however when I asked over the phone if there was any type of deposit etc, I was told ‘no, we take payment upfront over the phone’ however, this isn’t true because when I got there you proceeded to ask for a deposit anyway

Hired a 9seat minibus for a family holiday, and the guys at Arrow were brilliant. They were the best price in Reading and have reasonably young vehicles, and off an out of hours drop off. The book out and check in process was easy and efficient, with no dramas. The Web site told me everything I needed to know, and posted current flat rate charges, unlike the others that require 60 questions answered and adjust the rate (depending on the weather etc) to maximise the price. Hence choosing Arrow was a no brainer.
