    I used this company 3 years ago, the service was excellent so 3 years later here I am using them again with no regrets excellent service great reliable car (i had a hybrid with great fuel economy) I had a late flight arriving over the Christmas period, the car was dropped off for me where I was staying and picked up as i had a early flight out, all organized via email. Will defiantly be using this firm again. Highly recommended.

    Corresponded with Andrew via email from Newzealand also corresponded with their competitor up Harbour Hills Arrow replied straight away with straight forward answers while their competitor were slow to reply with unclear answers, then turned out the excess at the competitor was very much higher than Arrow. Had the vehicle two weeks late model car low miles no problems and easy hassle free pick up and drop off. You can be assured that there were no hidden costs. Will definitely be using Arrow again. Highly recommended.
