I used Arrow for both cavity wall extraction and cavity wall insulation. The installation was great, the guys were very fast, turned up on time and the communication was great, they were generally tidy and did a good job. I had a few issues with the extraction because of a surveryor, but the team sorted it out fairly quickly and managed to do the job. I would use them again.

The installation was brought forward by a week-or-so. The on-site team arrived late, due to weather issues. With work like this you can't really tell whether it has been done properly. However the on-site team were very professional and enthusiastic. They explained what they were doing, appeared knowledgable and tidied up the site afterwards.
