This business; after my leaving a positive 'Post!' with regard to them; asked me to take my car back to 'whoever fitted' my catalytic converter and exhaust front-end, to have it 'looked at' because it was faulty. I explained that it was actually themselves who fitted and charged me me for that fault! They didn't even admit fault or apologize for their error..
