•The buses are NEVER ON TIME. - •The buses are always delayed and NO ONE is able to tell you why. - • ALL drivers I bumped into so far were VERY RUDE AND AGGRESSIVE. 0 respect and kindness for the passenger • The worse company I’ve ever tried in all the world. - • I’m used to getting the bus 510 from STN airport to Mountfitchet and viceversa.

I’ve never really had problems with the bus service. Granted some buses are taken off route & cancelled which yes can be annoying when you have to be at work or have an appointment but why do people take it out on the drivers?? They are only doing their jobs and can only drive one bus at a time ITS NOT THEIR FAULT!! People moan about drivers not being happy well maybe if you had to deal with SOME rude people (not all) then maybe you could understand why they aren’t always so friendly! But yes I can understand the frustration.

Disgusting !The buses from Stansted which were supposed to be there at 19:50 and then at 20:50 have not even arrived! And I wanted to use National Express to get to Harlow and the bus driver said 'no' as there are 'local buses'. 'Local buses' which are a joke and should be taken over by their competitors. Not worth even a pound!

Long wait at bus stop at four ashes Takeley 508 bus never turned up waited for up to 2 hours but still no sign of bus. bus was eventually cancelled with no notification had to get 323 bus trusty bus to stortford and then interchange to get 508 from there. DONT MIND ME 🤷♂️

most of the bus drivers are really friendly apart from a small few who are rude even when they have all nice customers walking onto their bus, it seems saying hello is out of their job contract and the service on a Saturday and Sunday is non existent. 1 hour to wait for a bus to the town on a Saturday 2 hours on a Sunday, this is a joke especially for people who work during the week and can only go to the town on a weekend is a put off. a lot of people in harlow rely on these buses for appointments etc but guarantee you'll be late so give yourself a lot more time than usual to get there in time

This Arriva bus service really needs working on their service especially on time service. They needs to be working on schedules especially at night time. It’s very difficult for Stansted airport working people to catch the bus during nighttime, especially they should be working on 509, 508 service. Sometimes they don’t come and people are waiting for the bus. Then it’s gonna terrible. And, most of the times they are late usually 20 minutes and more than 20 minutes. I always late because of this bus service.Honestly I don’t like this service.
