Had a garage shutter door installed by Arridge Doors back in 2012 and unfortunately the two remote fobs stopped working over Christmas 2022 I called the company and spoke to Matthew in customer service to see if he could potentially replace the two fobs and what this would cost me Within hours he came back letting me know he thought the problem was due to the two fobs needing to be re-programmed, he also emailed over a step by step guide to what I needed to do and hey presto I now have two fobs back working at no additional cost - that is what you call good service!! I required a side-hinged, outward opening garage door to maximise the useable space within my garage. I found the ideal product and was able to customise it with threshold bar and draft excluders etc. to meet all of my needs. Communications from Arridge were excellent so I was kept informed of progress from placing an order up until the door was installed. Subsequently, almost 5 years later, a fault developed with part of the locking mechanism and Arridge took ownership of the problem and liaised with the manufacturer to have a replacement part issued free of charge. I would highly recommend Arridge Garage Doors Limited to anybody looking for a new garage door.

We had a wide garage door supplied and fitted a few years ago now and it looks great and has transformed the use we get of our garage because we can now park right in front of the door and still open it. It had to blend with the black wood of the garage because we have a listed property. The fitting was arranged by Arridge and the chap did a first rate job. I don’t hesitate to recommend the product and the service.

I bought a large Alutech sectional door from Arridge a few years ago, which I fitted myself. They were very helpful with product selection. They double checked my measurements to be sure I had exactly what I needed. I liked the fact that they weren't pushing to close out a sale and they took the time to understand my requirements. So when I had to replace a common or garden, up and over, steel Garador last year, Arridge were my first choice. Same personal service, same advice and same competitive price. I fitted it myself again so I can't comment on their installation service. I wouldn't hesitate to go to Arridge again for my next garage door
