  I went for super skin 3 treatments £80 pounds each . My face is soo clean and everyone complimenting me as my skin looks radiant and all pale sallow discoloured skin is gone. I am very pleased with her 3 super skin products pink mask will close the pores and sun protection. I use them daily and now I have changed my hair colour as well She has given me my confidence and life back as I am using her Arora hair growth oil to grow my hair. I am happy I found her for total hair body and skin treatments. Next I am getting my moles removable treatments. Highly recommend to all my family and friends❤️🙏 Service: Hairstyling

  I had booked in for a 30min £40 facial treatment originally but upon my arrival Arora suggested that I go for a deeper clean which would cost me £80 and take 45min of my time and this would be all that I had booked for and other treatments. What was done - Washed off makeup Steam, Looked at skin with tissue rubbed over blackheads but none were extracted or not even attempted to be extracted. Then made me hold a stick, put a dry sheet mask on my face that only had some liquid on one side of cheek and rolled something on my face that was stinging in the dry areas of the sheet. This literary took 10sec. I asked repeatedly what she was performing as none of the steps were explained to me prior or as they were being performed. I asked if it should be stinging so bad, she said we are closing your pores which left me concerned as I was yet to experience the cleaning of them. She then proceeded to put a mask on my face, she gave me a different stick to hold, massaged in the mask, as soon texture got thicker, the mask was washed off (not very carefully as I still have some bits on my face as I’m typing up my review) and she proceeded to ask me if I felt better, I replied that I felt fine, I didn’t feel good as she was not careful or attentive, it felt as though she didn’t care to do a facial and was rushed, she then removed the cover and said that we were done. I was shocked, there was nothing applied to my face after the mask. There was makeup and mask left on my face, under my eyes and around my nose when I looked in the mirror after I was informed the treatment was over. I looked at the time and asked Arora if she ended up doing the treatment that I had originally booked for, she replied that this was the 45min treatment, I then had to point out that I had barely been with her for 30min. I am really disappointed and will not be returning again. I remember having a facial from Arora a decade ago and could not remember why I never returned. Perhaps it was the disappointment. I do want to mention that as soon as I laid down on the treatment bed she told me that her auntie was being inpatient downstairs waiting to be dropped off home, she was also answering phone calls during the treatment and leaving the room in between things without letting me know what was happening. I am super disappointed, I of course paid but to say the service was disappointing would be an understatement. I felt as though I had asked a family member to give me a facial for free and that is the treatment I got, I would never let someone treat me like that again. I could actually cry, I feel like I was taken advantage of. I hope my skin shows some improvement but I really hope that you show more care with people who support your business, you should not charge for a 45min treatment if you will finish it under 30min, it does not make sense.

  I have had a port wine birthmark on my forehead, after 3 treatments with laser it has disappeared. Arora also performed a hair removal treatment on my top lip, after 3 treatments, the hairs are not visible. Arora is astute at recommending the correct treatment and the longevity of the course. She has given me back my confidence. Thank you

  I had an amazing treatment on my skin to improve pigmentation and overall tone and blemishes, I'd started trialling a new treatment and products from another clinic and it resulted in breakouts that I've never experienced before. Arora is an expert and uber professional when it comes to all things Skin and works closely with a number of clinics/ Hospital, I was referred to her when I had an unusual breakout and my skin issues were resolved very quickly , I then continued with a course of treatments for my skin and am very happy with the results and looking forward to continuing them!   Very expensive and not good treatment , I see hardly any difference between pre and post treatment, literally ripped me .Same treatment with modern equipment available in Guiseley. Will never recommend.

  Been using the Hair oils and shampoo for almost 3 months, have to say has made a massive difference to the growth and quality of my hair. Have been coming back to buy more oil a few times now. Would definatly recommend to anyone with hair loss or a dry scalp
