Doesn't respect the deadlines that he gives and doesn't even care. The excuse is that the cleaning is probably not done yet - so obviously the works is not done here but send to a real dry cleaner. This shop is just a facade ! And doesn't take card without announcing it before so I had to rush to the ATM. I dont recommend at all !

They lost my leather jacket for 10 weeks, the person in charge/owner arguing that was not a genuine leather jacket he offered me a cheap refund which did not happened as he found it lost in another site.to make it short no apologies offered, the guy that run the place is arrogant and no suitable to deal with customer service and should not be in there at all, the only person that is professional is the one doing the alterations and should be the manager as he's more capable.
