Good products but awful “client service”. Ordered a bunch of products and key items were missing. It was painful to find their details and go to the trouble of writing in. They sent the items but no apology or gesture for the inconvenience caused. I shouldn’t have bothered. Their brand has changed perception in my mind since they don’t fulfil their promise. Their discount codes don’t work either.
