Been here a couple of times - everyone working here, from the reception/administrative staff to the nurses and doctors (have seen multiple) are extremely efficient and professional. Top notch operation. Nice clinic too and in a convenient area.

Hard to find. Entrance down an alleyway at side of building. No indication from front of building that is clear. Wandered around for what seemed like ages trying to find. As dealing with people with eye problems I would expect at the lease clearer signage. Staff at desk were grumpy and waiting area was like an nhs dentists. For the money you pay to see the doctors I felt short changed. The only saving grace is that the doctor was good. The place has to do a lot on service and amenities before I would give more than 2 stars.
