It’s unbelievable that someone like that would work with the public. The attitude is just awful. Rude, disrespectful, definitely not there to help. We left the place speechless of how unprofessional and unpleasant that guy was. I don’t know whether he is staff or the owner, the only thing that I know is that He’s a joke! Not coming back ever again and certainly don’t recommend this place to anyone. Spend your money somewhere else.

Plants are great and delivery was prompt despite some back and forth. They are a wholesaler, so expect service to be a bit more cumbersome than your average online store (e.g. Patch), but the prices are really good. Dughall was helpful and always very quick to respond to emails.

The customer service here was appalling. I have never encountered more rude, unhelpful and disrespectful people than the employees who work here. I would not advise having any dealings with this company and I certainly will be taking my custom elsewhere.

It's really odd when you encounter someone so disinterested in helping customers and so rude who chose to work in a customer-facing business. Almost had to laugh at how unhelpful Martin was. Can't say I've had a customer service experience like that before! Emailed asking for help with some plants for a specific site and was effectively told my question was dumb. No offer to help me find something that might work.

Statistician ILP Spring 2016
Ordered a Rhapis Palm, 2.9 m tall. Delivery was prompt and they turned up prepared with blankets, dustpan and brush etc... for dealing with the fallout of re-potting the palm when they arrived. They were working in a confined area filled with pieces of art and delicate surfaces and they were very respectful of the space. I am very satisfied with the service I received. Oh, and the tree is beautiful!

Polite service and large range of interesting plants. But I pre ordered lemon balm a week in advance, and when I arrived to collect, they had ordered Moroccan mint instead. They insisted this was the same as lemon balm and that I was mistaken when I said otherwise. Dissatisfied with being treated like I didn't know better, and not getting the plant I need after two 4am trips to the market.
