Update: I have cancelled my membership. Everyone should do the same. Maybe then the staff will come to their senses and sort themselves out, or better yet change ownership. Endless cancellations, lazy and rude staff, the place is always dirty. The branch manager is too lazy to hire new staff who are actually willing to do the work. This place isn't going to improve at this rate. This is the worst run pool. There are constant cancellations because there are no lifeguards available. This inconvenience keeps happening every week. Why can't you find staff to work on Saturdays and Sundays? It's unacceptable. We pay to use your facilities for god's sake. This is a rip off and you know it. At least have the decency to refund some of our monthly payments since you can't run a swimming pool properly. Awful website. When you want to view the timetables it tells you to download the app. But the app doesn't display the timetables either. You end up going round in circles. So I tried calling them and they won't answer their phones. Useless. How are we supposed to use these facilities when you can't even book them in advance online or offline? Sort yourselves out.

Its not really a swimming pool to go in for a swim. Its more like a swimming school they way its been operated in the recent years. Teachers are great. Facilities are very dated and inadequate. Really needs an overhaul.

Don't waste your money arnos grove pool Fusion as a company are really awful. I have been emailing the boss, email continually bounce back. The only way to stop your payment is cancel your direct debt,then suddenly you will receive their email

After reading SO MANY BAD REVIEWS on Arnos Pool I won't be joining everyone has the right to swim /shower in a clean and hygienic environment your website is a joke you simply can't book and no price list is visible for you to see Fusion needs to step up you owe it to your hard working tax paying Enfield residents even trying to stay fit and healthy is made hard by you! No response on emails also phone to ask questions such as opening time less staff members poor communication and management communication very very poor. Dirty water, dirty grounds, dirty bathrooms & toilets & changing stable. Cold environment due to doors being kept open constantly. Infections are everywhere in this pool their licence should be cancelled to operate!
