Little bit dissapointed seen as I was booked in for the automatic courtesy car and got called to cancel as there was none available, recieved another date to book in many weeks later with a booking with aitomatic courtesy car only to arrive and find... theres no automatic courtesy car available yet again!! I am a disabled customer and can only drive automatics which they are aware off !! Thankfully Motability picked it up and fixed it yet again! Poor service from Arnold clark. Luckily their desk staff are really pleasant or I would have dropped a star. Update my review !! Seriously ! I hope to never have the misfortune of getting a car from here again! No communication ! Rude staff! Breaking windscreens and not informing me then claiming they told us when they never !! My car has been in more than out ..

Booked my car in at 0815 told reception I was waiting on the car she said a good 2 hours it was 3hours 50 mins, I had called 2 days before to say I was going to wait on car as I have no other transportation and website doesn't allow the option to say I was going to wait, no one came to say they were delayed or busy just left in waiting area, coffee machine wasn't working and a member of staff came to help with machine which she just switched off and on again, this worked but after 2 hours I decided to have another cup and I had to switch off and on again to get to work, I checked the machine inside and it badly needed cleaned, later another member of staff wanted a coffee and had to clean the machine before he got a coffee, altogether a misable experience not to be repeated, I have phoned branch to complain but 2 managers too busy to speak to me and eventually the service manager Chris spoke to myself but he's been on holiday and doesn't know what happened, I'm surprised everyone too busy to speak to me as plenty of staff on duty and they didn't look too busy. Very disappointed and I won't be buying another service plan and my day was wasted.

I phoned in to book my vehicle in and was put on hold for over 26 minutes, absolutely terrible customer service on that front. When I worked in a garage we would have gotten an earful for being over 2 mins. Actually a joke. I had to phone off another phone to tell them I've been on hold for 26 mins, eventually got put through to find out they can't book the vehicle in until July. Even though the vehicle has an EML light on.
