Disappointing customer service. Car was recovered on Wednesday, could not be assessed until Friday, on Friday receptionist called to see if I was still OK to bring my car in-it was already there having been recovered! Repairs carried out efficiently. Called to say I would collect, receptionist quite offhand. Collected car, it had not been washed (this is part of the service not something I requested, but why say you will do it if you don't?). No paperwork following repair. Generally poor customer service, fingers crossed for the mechanical service!

Rude branch manager! I requested a deposit refund for a new car which the sales executive told me was fully refundable. The sales executive then stopped replying to my emails, so I called up the branch to find out what was going on. To which I was told he had left the business (even though no automatic email response had been set up informing me of this). I kindly asked for my refund to which the friendly receptionist told me would be processed no problem. I then received a call from the branch manager David who clearly doesn’t know how to communicate with customers. In the conversation I was accused of lying and hung up on. Terrible customer seems to say the least!
