  Avoid at all costs sold my friend a car with finance on it , my experience I purchased 2 services and mot this time there was no video evidence but tones advised like major oil leak turned out to be a smearing the last went on with ridiculous prices , went for a second opinion and only thing needed was back brakes and even they had some wear left i won’t be going there again even though i have an mot left i know they have overheads but a back shocker 1,600 ridiculous you could get whole axle for that avoid at all costs unless you want scamming m

  I went to Arnold clark to just look at the cars available, Lucy was so helpful with advising me. She knew what i wanted and i couldn’t find one in my price range, Lucy showed me another car i missed. This was my first time swapping my car and she made this such an easy and enjoyable experience! Customer service was 10/10! I drove this car away the next day as Lucy came in on her day off to give me the keys. Highly recommend

  Purchased a car from here over 11 weeks ago, the sale was quick and easy however felt rushed. Reported a fault 1 hour after collection of car which is still yet to be resolved. 4 weeks into owning car it had a fault with engine/gearbox and took to this branch to investigate to which they said nothing was wrong and to collect, car went into limp mode on short drive home and this branch could not care less, the car sat on my drive for over 5 weeks and although they did agree to recover the vehicle to the main dealer for me before it’s booking there they also failed to do this and I had to get it there myself. The car has been off the road for over 7 weeks. No courtesy car was ever provided and they seemed shocked at me to even ask for one (apparently they only have 3 available which were booked up for over 2 months! Maybe should invest in some more?) The service from the staff was beyond poor and would be interested to know what course Arnold Clark put there staff on to be this bad (voicemails and emails all saved- I won’t mention names but can do if requested) Invoice received for car didn’t itemise anything, requested this and received a screenshot of something- extremely poor, apparently have a service plan for vehicle but no idea how that works- but judging on my experience I would rather my Labrador service the car than these incompetent people who happily let me drive a car away from them which broke down and to which they did nothing about. Honestly couldn’t recommend these guys any less- terrible terrible terrible.

  I visited this dealer twice. The first time a young lady named Ellie if i remember right, accompanied me on a test drive and was good company and helpful. The 2nd time i met Dannii who is the receptionist , i was greeted with a smile and asked if she could help ,offered me a coffee and was friendly, not aloof like some receptionists. The reason i have mentioned these ladies is that they to are part of the dealership and deserve praise for the excellent job they did. So thank you very much Andy Wall

  Hi Lucy, Could not fault the staff and the hospitality we received on arrival, excellent customer service , Me and my wife traded in our 68 reg low mileage Vauxhall Mokka due to the boot space not adequate after 6 months of owning previously having also bought it from another Arnold Clark motorstore in Stoke on Trent , we opted for a Vauxhall Astra estate with massive boot space 1.6ltr 16V Diesel, Lucy really helped us throughout the process on the exchange and credit for the Mokka and couldn’t thank you enough for your help for sorting it out our new family car and for entertaining our little 4 year during the process , patients of a saint lol 😂 . The whole staff were so helpful on the Monday we went to look at the car and a big thank you to Andy for giving my little girl that Arnold Clark my first car money saving piggy bank , so kind of you . I went back to collect the car to finish the deal off Tuesday night and I thank Ellie for that on the hand over of the keys , excellent service as expected from the staff there. Definitely would recommend this branch and their staff who work here all went the extra mile to for fill our needs , would deal With again in the future .
