Phoned for a test drive. Was told to turn up and I'd be shown 2 cars. Turned up and was told there was no appointment and there was nobody to help me and no cara available. It was 11am on a Wednesday so seemed pretty odd. Got a brief cheerful apology and that was that. This was the branch manager too. Pretty disappointing especially as I explained I was rarely in Edinburgh and really wanted the test drive to help me make a decision on my next purchase. Will try DS elsewhere as the cars are great. Why is every car dealer I have ever used just a bit unprofessional and careless?
