  We chose Armstrong Solicitors to act for us in the purchase of our new home and would highly recommend them. Their online portal gave a live update of the conveyancing process along with texts and emails notifying us as each stage was completed, so we were always kept up-to-date on progress. Zara and Amanda were lovely to deal with, their professionalism and attention to detail was second to none. They always made themselves available for any queries and even made it possible for us to sign contracts while we were out of the country. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

  Where to start about Armstrong Solicitors.  I have appointed them to act as conveyancer for me on 3 properties over the years.  From the very first interaction with Philip and Joanne over ten years ago to the most recent property sale and purchase with Jonathan, they have never dropped a ball once.  During my most recent house purchase I had the pleasure of accessing their online client conveyancing web app for the first time.  It is nothing short of incredible.  Forward thinking and innovative, it puts the client's needs at the forefront in understanding the importance of being able to view the status of the process at any time.  I was truly blown away by how progressive it was.  Not to be interpreted as a replacement tool for contacting the solicitor directly, it was just fantastic to be able to log on at any time of day and visually watch the progress.  On top of that, every single stage was notified to me via email and instant text.  These notifications had a truly personal flavour and it was really lovely to see Philip's personality shine through each one in the way they were worded - with humour and in a language that was clear and understandable.  I have loved watching this firm go from strength to strength over the years.  It's very rare to be able to say, but they truly care about each and every client and leave a really lasting impression on you as an individual.  I felt a little bit trepidatious when I was appointed a new solicitor that I hadn't dealt with before with my most recent transaction and learned about their new self-serving system but I had absolutely nothing to worry about.  Jonathan is cut from the same cloth as Philip with his meticulous and assiduous systematic brain, work ethic and the thing that makes this firm stand out from all the rest - his kindness, patience, warmth, humour, morality and ability to make something of great detail and high intellect completely understandable.  Nothing was too much bother, I never felt like I was asking a stupid question, and I knew that he was approachable at every stage.  The speed that this team work at, together with constantly being abreast of the most up to date information, their due diligence, and just simply being the nicest bunch of people who work so incredibly well together, is why I would, and do, recommend them to anyone needing legal assistance.  I cannot express enough that there is a reason why they are a company who continue to go from strength to strength.  Their ambition and drive to be the best never compromises their quality of service and never will because their reputation is so important to them and they are so personally invested in every client's journey. I genuinely look forward to seeing what they achieve in the next 10 years.  Thanks Philip, Joanne, Jonathan and the entire team at Armstrongs.  You are a true blueprint of how to do things right.

  Avoid. Never sent me for a medical for my RTA, which is the basics really. Barely kept in contact nor followed up with my insurance, had to keep chasing them. Went elsewhere and everything came out in my favour which I'm very pleased with. They are completely out of touch in regards to this aspect of the law. I was indeed a client of your firm, Sharon was my solicitor.
