    We had been looking for a BMW x5 for approximately 2 months. We found 1 at Armstrong Massey unfortunately on the day we had free they where closed. After a phone call with Mark the owner he agreed to meet us that day. All we can say is what a gentleman Mark is, we had a test drive and all was fine, very nice car. After doing a very good deal we picked it up a week later. Unfortunately after two days we had a fault come up on the dash, spoke with Mark and he was absolutely fantastic. He then came across to our house, picked it up and left us a car. He took it away fixed it and returned to our door. We would not hesitate to buy from them again. Thanks so much Shaun and Nikki

    So far so good, with the car. Reserved the car for only £100. Made the trip a few days later. On arrival I was greeted with a warm vibe. They then looked over my trade-in and let look around the new car etc. Guiding me through it and answering my questions. On to the paper work. Smooth, they even sorted the tax out for me. All I had to do was change my insurance. They then went through all of the cars features and got me on the apps. This was a big purchase for me and they made it feel special. Top marks Armstrong Massey.
