I visited here last week having heard of the clinic via a friend - who had been referred by her physio. I thought this was probably a good recommendation, so booked a one hour sports massage with Stuart. He did not disappoint - he is thorough, has good knowledge and is very professional. In fact I went in for a leg/lower body massage and immediately afterwards booked a back and neck session. He explains what he is doing and as mentioned elsewhere suggests exercises which may help. I had a stroke two years ago and whilst now active again my muscles benefit from a regular deep tissue massage. I can honestly say that I have had many massages in my time and these ones were right up there with the best. I really feel the benefit. I will definitely book up the next time I am in the area. I would most definitely recommend the ARMSTRONG MASSAGE THERAPY. I had my sports massage session with Stuart. I can say Stuart knows his stuff, and he started the massage straight away without wasting any time. Other than feeling sorry for Stuart as he worked hard for the whole hour, I thoroughly enjoyed the massage. I pulled my back muscle and had stiffness in my neck. However, I feel my muscles are relaxed after the massage. Stuart also recommended a few stretches to incorporate into my daily routine. I will be going again soon.
