We have recently purchased 24no' of the Armorgard tool boxes, very sturdy box with no complaints, although we had a key snap to one of the boxes, I reported it and spare keys received the next day FOC staff couldn't of been more helpful.! Great service..

My box that is 2 years old has completely fallen apart, welds have failed the fronts hanging off and it can no longer be locked, Armorgard do not want to help and also dont sell the drawer as a spare so I have to buy a whole new box! If you want your box to last longer than 18months then buy a different brand!! A site safe that disintegrates after such a short time is not fit for purpose in my opinion!! Avoid at all costs!! shame on you armorgard!!

I have lost a key and request assistance from the manufacturer to acquire a replacement. I was instructed over the phone to speak with their representative, so I did. I was offered to purchase a fresh box. Consequently, the company is not ecological and has no regard for the environment. They informed me that because the lock is more than five years old, it is no longer manufactured and I must use a locksmith at a cost of a 3/4 of the box's price. radiclues avoid using them
