Weird and rude security guards today. Don’t look like they do much but smoke outside and lounge on the chairs inside either. Credit union staff also rude and it’s off putting.

I popped in the hub armley I'm 83 and can not understand my gas and electric bill it doesn't make sense my provider is OVO .My smart meter doesn't WORK have reported it for several months and nothing keep saying well send engineer BUT NO ENGINEER .try getting thru and you can get god quicker .When I have got thru I've no idea what there on about I honestly don't think they know THEMSELFS Anyway I went to the HUB I saw 2 men 1 was going for his break but he tried to help this is not what they deal with BUT he passed me over to LIAM and he sorted it out for me thanks a million to you both .At the end of all this I'm going to another company GOODBYE OVO
