Terrible service my wife bought a rug waited 3 weeks for delivery then came damaged we contacted him on many occasions but because he didn't want to refund us he blocked us so we couldn't get our money back even though it says covered by ebay its rubbish be warned its all a scam!!!!! Listen and learn.........
