    Bootcamp UK Trowbridge is the place to be. Great instructors with experience from the military. It's not like going to the gym, no people flexing muscles and no mirrors. No pressure and a lot of encouragement from everyone else. There's also some fantastic social events as well. Water parks, Tough Mudders, Brecon Beacons, Snowdon, Halloween and Christmas parties.

    After many years of completing exercise through various different methods (individually, in small groups etc), I have now found my fitness spiritual home. If you want to get fit in a friendly and collegiate atmosphere, this is the class for you. The classes are set to challenge people of all levels from beginners to seasoned fitness fanatics and everyone else in between. Tom, ably assisted by Nick and Nige offer fun and challenging sessions that are conducted in non-confrontational atmosphere which gets the best out of everyone who attend. Fellow Bootcampers are supportive and helpful, they genuinely enjoy each other’s company and like to have a laugh whilst training. The classes don’t stop just at the 3 weekly sessions, others events are organised, this ranges from walking the Brecon Beacons or events like Tough Mudder, to Christmas Parties and Summer BBQ’s! Tom and his organisational genius Jade genuinely care, look after everyone and most importantly, make it enjoyable!

    I go to BCUK Trowbridge where we have an awesome instructor Tom Pike. There's no messing around, just good solid sessions. He's knowledgeable (former military), knows how to get the best out of you and everyone is made very welcome. Very friendly people in the group as well. Would recommend this for all ages Monday and Wednesday evening plus Saturday morning. We are a great bunch of people and different levels of fitness. Our social events are amazing as well.
