The staff at the Wallsend facility are all extremely pleasant and very helpful, I would like to single out the wonderful lady lena, so much so that she really went out of her way to help me out when I was delayed for my Saturday check in time. We were able to get checked in on the Sunday. The storage unit was just what I needed, all very clean and nicely lined and sealed against any adverse weather. I would heartily recommend this facility and company to all and sundry, its only a shame that i can't give more than 5 stars, if i could it would be ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.
