Customer service here is fantastic. So I’m basing my rating on that. Everyone has been great and Isabelle is a prime example. It’s really pricey for what it is though! But I could not fault the service from the staff. Isabelle at Aintree handled most of my issues throughout my stay and she was fantastic right to the end. Big thank you to her especially on wrapping things up so perfectly for me on my departure and keeping things so simple.

Thieves stay away from them. Im struggling to get my refund and charged me for another month after informed them I'm leaving the storage. They Attract new customers with a fake promotions 50% then you will find lots of hidden fees and VAT selling me used key as a new silly staff. Moreover you have to pay VAT for the key& Room stuff insurance...... Terrible company
