Very unhappy with the service I received. I was recommended Armada by my surgery for jabs as I am travelling in October. I called on a and I was told nobody in the Travel Clinic was unavailable and to call back the following week. I called up the following week to be told to call back after 12pm once somebody is in and they can discuss with me which jabs I need and to book me an appointment. Taking their advice, I called after 12pm to be then told the person is on holiday for another week! I was just lead on and wasted my time, when I could have just gone to Superdrugs and got my jabs done by them!!! Why was I not told from the beginning? Especially knowing how long I had left till my travel. Horrendous service. Me and my family travel abroad often and need jabs, and I will definitely not be recommending this clinic to any of my friends and family. Very disappointed.
