I took my RSPCA Rescue here for a diagnosis on her limping. The dog had to be muzzled, and I informed them of the fact. When the dog reacted the vet refused to examine her but still charged for the consult. I won't be going back to a vet who can't handle a muzzled dog.

Never a great thing when you need to see an emergency vet but I can’t fault the professionalism and compassion my dog and me & my husband received from the vet & receptionist.

Absolutely barbaric !!!!! The practice should be shut down immediately.. Took a poorly Squirrel after being advised by the RSPCA they have a duty of care. I received the most appalling service humanely possible. I was told to TAKE A SEAT AND WAIT FOR MY STUFF.. Stuff being a poorly Squirrel they we’re putting to sleep because that was an option open to them without even examining the poor Squirrel of which I had been feeding for the past 2 years. Utterly appalling !!!! I will go to the ends of the earth to have this place closed down! First thing Monday morning I shall be reporting this practice to the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons.
