  I am so glad before I started. They showed be true colors, just managed to to make a plan for kitchen , was waiting for the price fron Natley to give us. We called her numerous of time, and visited to see why Natalie was not returning our calls. Eventually I got an email saying sorry been busy and now I am on annual leave contact me on such date. I then called manager never got a call back from him either. Well you know what u can do .. as I don't have time to chase. It's not the company who is bad, but its the employees who give a bad name to a company.

  I don’t often write reviews but I was compelled to do one for Barry, Natalie, Kris and all the team at Arlington Design. Setting off on building our forever home, we wanted to create our perfect kitchen. We went to several companies and were so impressed with the show room at Arlington Design. There are so many decisions to make about every conceivable detail of their kitchens. Despite the enormous range, their methods allow you to clearly navigate the process without getting overwhelmed. We were hugely impressed by their Beeck range of German Kitchens. The attention to detail in the product is exceptional from the build up, the quality of the components, the finish and customisation. Natalie the designer is incredibly talented. When Natalie sat down and showed us her designs on the big screen we were blown away. She thinks about every conceivable detail of your kitchen ensuring they are practical and have an unbelievable wow factor. She really listened to our brief and she got it from day one. She then proceeded to guide us through the process for many months all the way through to completion, always cheerful, polite, professional and very personable. We were made to feel like one of the family and genuinely nothing was too much trouble. Barry was exceptional from the outset and his advice and direction allowed us to bring our dream kitchen on price and on time. He stayed in touch all the way through at all hours of day and night. Kris and his team would stop at nothing to make the kitchen perfect, nothing was rushed and they comprehensively snagged the kitchen themselves. They take absolute pride in their work, and do not cut corners. This was a major project, I think one of the largest they have ever done and they absolutely smashed it! Thank you so much to you all! In short, if you are looking to create your dream kitchen, I could not recommend the team at Arlington Design enough. They have Honesty, Integrity, Passion Flare, Professionalism, Customer Service and Value for Money in abundance. Just Exceptional.

  We have had 3 kitchens in as many years from Arlington. My son in Luton, son in Leeds and a kitchen in a holiday home. in Mallorca! From initial concept & design to installation, they have been helpful & extremely knowledgeable about their products. Price has been competitive and I'm really impressed with the quality of the kitchens as well as the installation. Stone worktops fit was remarkable with all of them and any minor niggles were rectified in a timely fashion. Thank you Barry and all of your friendly team.

  Recommended by a friend, we visited the Arlington Kitchen Showroom late last year and fell in love with one of the kitchen displays there. Needing a new kitchen, post-renovation, we chose to work with Arlington immediately after meeting their superb team. Throughout the design stage, Natalie worked meticulously to ensure that she captured all of our needs, whilst being mindful of budget. She was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating when we needed to tweak the designs on more than one occasion. She understood that this is a 'process' and as things come to life, then the requirements change over time. We were always kept up to date with developments throughout the process which gave us peace of mind and set our expectations accordingly. From there on, Craig project managed the installation process with regular communication, site visits and a positive attitude. Craig ensured that the kitchen fit went smoothly and jumped on any issues that arose. In addition, Gary the fitter was incredibly skillful and friendly and approached the fit as if it was his own kitchen. Arlington Kitchen Showroom comes very high recommended from us!
