I would not trust this firm. Andrew was prepared to breach client trust and create a conflict of interest between clients. You are supposed to trust your accountant and sadly you cannot trust Andrew Gaete. He was supposed to claim Maternity pay for my self employed daughter which he failed to do. She changed accountants after almost a year and promptly got her maternity pay. As a firm they are not to be trusted and they are incapable of doing what they are supposed to do.

I have just recently started my business and arranged a meeting with David to discuss the startup. The receptionist had no clue that a meeting was arranged and David was incredibly rude about the matter !! Will not be visiting again

Avoid this Accountancy firm at all costs! I had the displeasure of dealing with Andrew who rarely replied to emails and every time you called to speak to him you were told that he is out of the office. They are very unclear and vague on fees. They have no formal complaints procedure in place so if you are looking for a good, reliable, dependable accountancy firm I would look elsewhere.
