Too many issues to mention. Incorrect instillation, water from leak and cleaning left to my elderly parents, do not answer phone calls or messages left, one year on and my 86yr old parents have a system that does not fully heat there home after numerous attempts to rectify. They had an old system that worked but decided for a more modern and economical system. They wished they left it alone. Shocking service from the beginning. Mark and colleagues were really professional and we were really pleased with the boiler installation. All engineers arrived on time, with courtesy calls from Arktek before every visit. The order was cancelled because our double glazed windows were green we had not been told it was cancelled until I rang to find out what was happening with the boiler fitting and the air vents were the problem. The surveyors had been to the house and not told the fitters the colour of with windows apparently they can't get green window vents very disappointed that the company couldn't be bothered to contact us to let us know

Wow what a fab team Mark James and Matt. Cannot thank them enough today . A fantastic job completed installing a new boiler system for my elderly Mum. Not the easiest of jobs but they mastered it and never once complained. They are a great bunch of lads and deserve a platinum star for their excellence.
