Absolutely disgusted by the service provided today, given a stamping chart at reception and told by one of the employees (lovely helpful lad) that we will get a pin badge at the end if completed, to then get to the counter and be refused a badge and offered a sticker instead leaving my daughter distraught and heartbroken at the desk and not one bit of emotion shown. Will not be returning and will be recommending elsewhere to all family and friends.

Absolutely loved it, we spent a very pleasant afternoon here. Lovely food in the cafe and friendly staff. The animals were lovely and we saw many species of cats that we'd never seen before.

Wonderful place to visit, I follow them on Facebook and they are always improving and expanding. They have added all of the dinosaurs now which looks super and the animals are very well looked after. You can even have experiences with some of the animals. The price is reasonable and the staff are fantastic and friendly. This is a little hidden gem.

Made an enquiry with them and their answer was flippant and not at all helpful. They obviously do not wish to have visitors. Zero customer service. Will not bother with a visit.

A little gem. The entrance building is small but tidy and some areas are clearly dated but have patience and you'll have a great day. We spent ages watching the servals and karacals. Both a very rare sights in zoos, lesson common than lions. The new area that they are expanding into is really good with the dinosaur trail and rescue monkeys. Places like this deserve our support so they can keep rescuing animals and continue to grow.
